Which Odoo module/app do you have in mind? I’d be surprised if they support OAuth2 but not OIDC, since OIDC is based on top of OAuth2.
Took a brief look at: seems they have a few OIDC and OAuth2 things out there, but you probably want Odoo to be the relying party, not the IdP (that would be Auth0, so need to check which app does what)
